I attended Utah Career College majoring in E-Commerce. After graduating with honors, I went on to teach E-Commerce at Utah Career College.

I have a strong and deep interest in Culinary Arts. Many of the people that have eaten my food “say that I have a natural talent” to create some of the finest food… they have ever eaten!

I attended “The International School of Culinary Arts” in Aviano, Italy. At this European School… I earned two “Master Chef Certificates”.

Back in the States… I also earned and received a B.S. Degree in Nutrition… from Penn State.

I proudly served my country during the Viet Nam War!
